In re West, Jerome; — Plaintiff; Applying For Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court Div. D, No. 261-131. The memorandum in support for post-conviction relief is transferred to the district court with instructions to the district judge to act on relator’s memorandum filed via certified mail receipt on November 6, 2008. The district court is ordered to provide this Court with a copy of its judgment. A copy of the application is attached.
