In re State of Louisiana; — Plaintiff; Applying For Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court Div. B, No. 472-217; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 2009-K-1170. Writ granted. The ruling of the court of appeal is reversed and the matter is remanded to the district court for continuation of trial. WEIMER, J., would deny the writ.
