In re State of Louisiana; — Plaintiff; Applying for Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court Div. A, No. 485-063; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 2009-K-1367. Granted in part. The trial court’s ruling suppressing the evidence seized from the residence pursuant to the search warrant is reversed. The writ application is denied in all other respects.
