In re State of Louisiana; — Plaintiff; Applying For Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Lafayette, 15th Judicial District Court Div. K, No. 117938; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. KW 09-01370. GRANTED. The Court of Appeal did not have the authority to consolidate a case with those pending before the ad hoc judge, Rae Swent, whose authority to hear those specific cases comes from this Court’s order. The Court of Appeal’s ruling is reversed, and the stay is lifted.
