In re American Alternative Ins. Co.;— Defendant; Applying For Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of St. Charles, 29th Judicial District Court Div. C, No. 66,892; to the Court of Appeal, Fifth Circuit, No. 09-C-1072. Granted. The case is remanded to the trial court, which is directed to conduct an in camera inspection of the claims file to determine if the requested documents are relevant and discoverable. See Stelly v. Mouret, 609 So.2d 827 (La.1992).
