In re Young, Troy; — Defendant; Applying For Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court Div. MAG-1, No. 517-141; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 2010-K-1193. Granted. The Magistrate Judge abused his discretion in denying the Defendant’s Motion to Permit Defense Counsel to Take Flash Photography of Defendant’s Injuries while in jail. The order denying the Defendant’s motion is reversed.
