In re State of Louisiana; —Plaintiff; Applying For Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Lafayette, 15th Judicial District Court Div. K, No. 125266; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. KW 10-01323. Writ granted.
