In re Lee, Derrick;—Plaintiff; Applying For Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of E. Baton Rouge, 19th Judicial District Court Div. G, No. 06-03-0655. Granted in part. The district court is ordered to release all of relator’s medical and psychiatric health records compiled by the Department of Public Safety and Corrections. In all other respects the application is denied. KNOLL and CLARK, JJ., to deny.
