In re Jeffrey D. Easley, Applying for Rehearing of this court’s action dated November 21, 2012. Rehearing granted in part. Our order of November 21, 2012 is amended to provide that respondent may not re-apply for admission until July 3, 2013. In all other respects, the application for rehearing is denied.
