In re Dow Chemical Company; — Defendant; Applying For Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Iberville, 18th Judicial District Court Div. A, No. 55,127 *880 CW 56,803; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. 2012 CW 0664. Motion to dismiss denied; writ granted. The judgment of the court of appeal is reversed, and the judgment of the district court is reinstated. See Adams v. J.E. Merit Construction, Inc., 97-2005 (La.5/19/98), 712 So.2d 88 .
