In re State of Louisiana; — Plaintiff; Applying For Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court Div. I, No. 473-300; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 2012-K-1354. Writ granted. The trial court’s September 7, 2012 ruling pursuant to La.Code Crim. Proc. art. 719, ordering the state to produce the documents and information reviewed by the mental health experts in preparation of their reports, is reversed. JOHNSON, KNOLL and WEIMER, JJ., would deny.
