J, No. 11-M1444-5; to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit, No. 47,-111,KW. Writ granted. The ruling of the court of appeal is reversed. The trial court’s denial of the defendant’s motion for random allotment is reinstated. See La. R.S. 1:7; State v. Cooper, 2010-2344 (La.11/16/10); 50 So.3d 115 .
