In re Miles, Dana; — Defendant; Applying For Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of E. Baton Rouge, 19th Judicial District Court Div. L, No. 04-97-0133; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. 2011 KW 2132. Granted. The ruling of the court of appeal is reversed and the trial court’s order of an evidentiary hearing on relator’s claim of ineffective assistance of counsel as it relates to witnesses Davis and Sanders is reinstated.
