N, No. 05-10-0598; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. 2014 KW 0755. Denied. Unless he has already exercised his right to appeal, relator should promptly file an application for post-conviction relief in the district court in which he seeks an out-of-time appeal pursuant to State v. Counterman, 475 So.2d 336 (La. 1985).
