CRICHTON, J., dissents and assigns reasons. |¶1 respectfully dissent. The two very serious violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct at issue in this matter warrant a more substantial period of suspension than that proposed in the petition for consent discipline. I would therefore reject the consent discipline.
