CRICHTON, J., would grant and assigns reasons. hi would grant the writ specifically to address the apportionment of fault. In my view, the jury’s apportionment of 65% fault to the Calcasieu Parish Sheriffs Office was *73 manifestly erroneous and clearly wrong under the factors set forth in Watson v. State Farm Fire & Casualty Insurance Co., 469 So.2d 967 (La.1985).
