Relator’s application is moot, This Court has already -instructed the district court to appoint counsel for the purpose of a hearing to determine whether relator is entitled to an out-of-time appeal pursuant to State v. Counterman, 475 So.2d 336 (La.1985). See State ex rel. Green v. State, 14-0876 (La.2/13/15), 158 So.3d 825 .
