This court’s judgment of September 6, 2016 became final and definitive when rehearing was denied on January 13, 2017. La. Code Civ. P. art. 2167. Supreme Court Rule IX, § 5 does not permit any further rehearing applications. Accordingly, no further filings shall be accepted in this matter.
