JANVIER, Judge. • This suit was consolidated for trial with Occhipinti v. Boston Insurance Company, 72 So.2d 326 . For the reasons' given in that case, the judgment appealed from' is amended by the elimination of the amount of the penalty awarded and attorneys’ fees ; in all other respects the judgment appealed from is affirmed, appellees to pay costs of appeal, all other costs to be paid by appellant. Amended and affirmed.
