GUIDRY, J., recused. HUGHES, J., Hughes, J., would grant the writ. The Notice of Lis Pendens , in proper form containing the caption of the litigation and complete property description, was recorded in the public records before the sale to VJI occurred. A title examination would have revealed the litigation involving the vendor's predecessor-in-title.
