State v. Meeks

MONROE, C. J. Defendant has lodged an appeal in this court from a conviction and sentence for “retailing spirituous and intoxicating liquors without first having obtained a license from the police jury of Caddo parish” ; but we find no plea, demurrer, motion, bill of exception, or assignment of error in the transcript, and no errors are patent. The judgment appealed from is therefore affirmed.
