On Application for Rehearing. PER CURIAM. The judgment of this court herein is amended so as to read as follows: The judgment appealed from is therefore increased to $7,500, and, as so increased, is affirmed, with costs, legal interest to run on said increase from the date of the judgment of this court. Rehearing refused.
