On Application for Rehearing. PER CURIAM. It is contended in the petition for rehearing that the plaintiff appealed from the judgment dismissing the entire suit. The record, however, shows that the appeal was taken only from the judgment sustaining the exception filed by the police jury. The motion for the appeal is specific in that respect. The application for rehearing is denied.
