On Motion for a Rehearing or to Correct the Decree. PER CURIAM. The appellant has failed to have the errors in the certificate of the clerk of the district court corrected, and has failed to supply the omitted portions of the record within the 30 days allowed in the order of this court overruling the appellee’s motion to dismiss the appeal. The appeal is therefore dismissed.
