For the reasons assigned in the consolidated cases of Charles M. Warnick and others v. Louisiana Highway Commission, 4 So.2d 607 , this day handed down, it is ordered that the judgment appealed from be amended by increasing the sum awarded *West Page 615 from $8,000 to $10,000 to each of the said plaintiffs, thus making a total award of $20,000 to the plaintiffs, with the further award of $60 to plaintiff Murphy Bateman, and as thus amended affirmed.
