SAVOY, Judge. For the reasons set forth in the case of Fontenot v. Humble Oil & Refining Co. et al., La.App., 210 So.2d 340 , handed down this date, the judgment of the district court in the instant case is affirmed at appellant’s costs. Affirmed.
