YARRUT, Judge. On appeal this case was consolidated with case No. 2679, Dufau v. Parish of Jefferson, La.App., 200 So.2d 335 , decided this day; involving the identical issues, raised in this case. Therefore, for the reasons assigned in case No. 2679, the judgment of the District Court is affirmed. Judgment affirmed.
