SAVOY, Judge. This is a companion case to Hersey Guil-lory, et al v. Damon Soileau and Travelers Insurance Company, rendered this date by this Court, reported at 224 So.2d 71 . For the reasons assigned in the Guillory case, supra, the judgment of the district court is affirmed. All costs of appeal are assessed against plaintiffs. Affirmed.
