This is appeal from a judgment dismissing appellant's suit on an exception of no cause of action. Every issue in the case was decided to-day in the case of William Harry Talbot v. Louisiana Highway Commission et al. (No. 27304) ante, p. 909, 106 So. 377 . For the reasons given in that case The judgment is affirmed. LAND and BRUNOT, JJ., dissent. *Page 933
