HOOD, Judge (dissenting). For the reasons set out in my dissent in the companion case of Dixie Pipeline Company v. Barry, 227 So.2d 1 (No. 2764 on our docket), I respectfully dissent from that portion of the judgment on rehearing in the instant suit which awards severance damages to the defendant. On Application for Rehearing. En Banc. Rehearing denied. HOOD, J., and SAVOY, J., are of the opinion a rehearing should be granted.
