MILLER, Judge. This is a companion appeal to that presented in Linceum v. Short, 225 So.2d 38 (rendered this date). For the reasons set forth by our opinion there, we affirm the trial court’s decision sustaining the summary judgment in favor of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. Accordingly the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Costs of the appeal are to be paid by plaintiff-appellant. Affirmed. On Application for Rehearing. En Banc. Rehearing denied.
