THOMPSON, J. This case presents the same question as involved in the case of State v. Dolly Tully (No. 28194) ante, p. 666, 111 So. 53 , and is controlled by the ruling this day handed down in said case. For the reasons given in the stated ease, the conviction and sentence are affirmed.
