State v. Garner

ROGERS, J. Defendant was convicted of manufacturing intoxicating liquor in violation of law. This appeal is from the conviction and sentence imposed in pursuance thereof. They must, however, be affirmed. There *135 is neither bill of exception nor assignment of error in the record; nor does the record disclose error upon its face. For the reasons assigned, the conviction and sentence appealed from are affirmed.
