O’NIELL, C. J. The defendant has appealed from a conviction and sentence for carrying a concealed weapon. No bill of exception was taken to any of the proceedings; no assignment of errors has been filed; and we find no error in the proceedings. There is therefore no question of law presented for our consideration. The conviction and sentence are affirmed.
