Opinion text
MOTION TO DISMISS PER CURIAM. This motion is before us on a motion to dismiss the appeal. The record of the trial court not having been transmitted to this court, we do not have sufficient information upon which to consider the motion to dismiss. For these reasons, the motion to dismiss the appeal is denied, reserving to any party the right to seek the same relief after the record is lodged in this court.
