On Application nor Rehearing. Without granting a rehearing in this case, we will add to the decree that the plaintiff and appellee pay costs of appeal, although this is unnecessary, as the costs followed the judgment. The amendment to the judgment necessarily cast the cost of appeal on the appellee. Rehearing refused.
