FOURNET, Justice (dissenting). The issues involved in this case are, for all intents and purposes, identical with those in the case of State of Louisiana v. Antoine J. Manouvrier, 203 La. 541 , 14 So. 2d 439 , this day handed down, and I therefore respectfully dissent from the decision in this case for my reasons there assigned.
