Wimbish v. Hamilton

The opinion of nhe coart was delivered by Nicholls, O. J. The pleadings and issues in this case are similar to those in Randall vs. Hamilton, this day decided. For the reasons therein assigned, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed that the judgment appealed from be annuiled, avoided and reversed, the case reinstated and remanded for further proceedings according to law.
