*651 McCALEB, Justice. The facts upon which the rule was issued in this case are identical with those in the matter of Trimble v. Employers Mutual Casualty Co., 213 La. 644 , 35 So.2d 416 , and it was consolidated and submitted for our decision with that case. For the reasons given in the Trimble case, the rule issued herein is discharged at applicant’s cost.
