FRUGÉ, Judge. '' For the reasons assigned in Firemen’s Pension and Relief Fund for the City of Lake Charles v. James E. Sudduth, Mayor of the City of Lake Charles, 265 So.2d 622 , (La.App.3rd Cir., 1972), decided this date, the judgment appealed from is affirmed. Parties are to pay their respective costs.
