CULPEPPER, Judge. For the reasons assigned in our opinion rendered this date in the companion case of Hilton et al. v. Bankers Fire & Marine Insurance Company bearing No. 403 on the docket of this court, 134 So.2d 82 , the judgment appealed from herein is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed against the plaintiffs. Affirmed.
