HAMITER, Justice. For the reasons assigned this day in State v. Bowden, 220 La. 13 , 55 So.2d 764 , the conviction and sentence of the defendant herein (Mrs. E. Reynolds), as affirmed by the Appellate Division No. 1 of the Criminal District Court for the Parish of Orleans, are annulled and set aside, and such defendant is discharged. FOURNET, C. J., concurs in the decree.
