For the reasons stated in the opinion this day handed down in these consolidated cases, 223 La. 221 , 65 So.2d 321 , it is ordered that the judgment áppealed from on the rule involving alimony, bearing No. 40,476 of the docket of this Court be and the same is hereby affirmed at appellant’s costs.
