Opinion text
REDMANN, Judge (concurring). I concur on the ground that, as suggested in Aucoin v. Hanson, 207 So.2d 834, 838, n.2 (La.App.1968), and Rush v. Matson Nav. Co., 221 So.2d 265, 267 (La.App.1969), although jurisdiction might be conferred by paragraph (b) or (d) of R.S. 13:3201, paragraph (a) does not intend to confer jurisdiction over a non-resident who was not present in this state, either personally or by agent, while transacting the business out of which the litigation arises.
