FRUGÉ, Judge. For the reasons assigned in Brouillette et al. v. State of Louisiana, Through Department of Highways, 275 So.2d 196 (La.App. 3rd Cir., 1973), the judgment in this case is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed to defendant-appellant. Affirmed.
