DOMENGEAUX, Judge. For the reasons assigned in the case of Hoffpauir, et al. v. City of Crowley, et al., La.App., 284 So.2d 114 , the judgment of the District Court is affirmed at the costs, insofar as they are assessable to them, of defendants-appellants in both courts. Affirmed.
