On Further Application for Rehearing PER CURIAM. The appellant complains of that portion of the decree wherein it is stated: “All legal costs to be paid by appellants.” *617 When we stated in our decree that all legal costs are to be paid by appellant we did not intend to convey the idea that the appellant was to pay any costs that •the law exempts it from paying. There is no merit in the other questions :raised in the application for rehearing.
