SAVOY, Judge. For the reasons assigned in Marvin Humphries v. Southern Casualty Insurance Company, 284 So.2d 617 (La.App. 3 Cir. 1973), decided this day by this' Court, the judgment appealed from herein is affirmed at appellant’s costs. Affirmed.
