Opinion text
On Application for Rehearing. PER CURIAM. Our original decree was not meant either to require or to disapprove of the calling of specific future elections in the future, and was without prejudice to the right of any party to propose or to oppose such specific future elections, for legal cause shown. Our decree simply struck out the blanket injunction against all future elections, as being unauthorized by law. Rehearing denied.
