In re: Eugene M. Bailey et al. applying for certiorari or writ of review to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Parish of East Baton Rouge. 149 So.2d 669 . The application is denied. According to-facts of the case, as found to be by the Court of Appeal, the judgment complained of is correct. SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted.
